Cancellation Policy
At J&M Carpet Cleaning Solutions, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth scheduling process and to respect our team’s availability, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for service. Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost. This fee helps cover the costs associated with scheduling and staffing. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and fail to provide any notice, the full service cost will be charged.
